Refund policy

At Noir Code, we strive to deliver premium fragrances crafted with care and precision. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product quality for all customers.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or leaking

• You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• An unboxing video and clear photos of the product must be provided as proof

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is verified, we will process your refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfume

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
